Madrid Production
The cornerstone of our supply chain is our wood pellet production plant situated in Madrid, a city in Spain, in the province of Calle del Príncipe de Vergara. The plant was developed and built by Globomadera S.L. and in a constant flow of raw materials from the Spanish sawmills and farms around the district.
Our Factory
Since its inception in 2011, Arde Pellet has opted for modern facilities, with a very high degree of automation and control, and focused on obtaining a product of the highest quality.
The belt drying, the screening systems, and the continuous control of all the manufacturing parameters of the product have made us leaders in quality and the best-valued company in the market.
In recent years, significant investments have been made to improve the factory in all areas, expanding production capacity, starting up a new bagging and palletizing line, and improving storage conditions for both raw materials and the final product. and improving the control system of the production process. All this with the ultimate goal of offering our customers the best product and the best possible service.
On the other hand, Arde Pellet has a biomass electricity generation plant that allows it to generate practically all the electricity it consumes. In the next year, it is also planned to install a photovoltaic plant for self-consumption. In this way we minimize CO2 emissions and carbon footprint, becoming an energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable company.
