Charcoal

The most environmentally friendly fuel

Premium Lumpwood Charcoal

Charcoal – the most environmentally friendly type of fuel, meets the highest requirements in contrast to firewood, peat, and hard coal.

The technology of charcoal production is based on the process of pyrolysis of wood, i.e. its thermal decomposition without access to oxygen (or with limited access).

Globomadera S.L. supplies hardwood and softwood charcoal in big bags or packed in paper or polypropylene bags weighing 2.5-15 kg.

Ash content and moisture content do not exceed 8%.

With its subtle woodsy taste, you’ll be able to impart new flavors on classic menu items and keep your guests coming back for more. This 100% pure hardwood charcoal is ideal for pit cooking, and the 20 lb. bag is great for commercial applications.

Ready to cook in minutes, the charcoal lights very easily and gets hot very quickly, allowing your signature meats to capture a wonderful wood flavor during cooking
